Stop the Stranger

How to Play

Setup

Create or join a lobby with your friends. One player is secretly assigned as the Stranger, while everyone else receives the same profession or location.

Gameplay

Take turns asking each other questions about the secret profession. The Stranger has to blend in and answer convincingly, while also trying to figure out what everyone else knows.

Victory

Vote to identify the Stranger, or give the Stranger a chance to guess the profession. Points are awarded based on who succeeds.

Scoring System

The Stranger earns

• 2 points for correctly guessing the profession
• 1 point for not being identified by the other players
• 0 points if identified, or if unable to guess the profession

Other players earn

• 2 points for being the only one to identify the Stranger
• 1 point for identifying the Stranger together with others
• 0 points for an incorrect guess, or if the Stranger wins
